For centuries, the tribal people of the Cordillera in Northern Philippines
have hand-woven the rich tapestry of their culture and heritage into the tight-weave designs we see today.
Each tribe is identified by its unique design and combination of colors.

However, this loom weaving industry is slowly dying. It is the advocacy of Biag leisure sandals to help preserve this vanishing craft of our forefathers.

Biag means "life" in Kankaney, a dialect of the people of that region. It is our hope that this footwear will also give you pleasure "for your Walk of Life."
